All content, design, text, graphics, and interfaces on this website are the property of Bintrix Tech. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any portion of our site without prior written consent. Upon full payment for client projects, the intellectual property rights of the delivered software typically transfer to the client, subject to the specific terms of the individual MSA.
4. Limitation of Liability
Bintrix Tech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or services. Our maximum liability in relation to any services rendered will be limited to the total fees paid by the client for those specific services.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with standard international business laws. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the mutually agreed upon courts as per our MSA.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We do so by posting the revised terms on this site. Your continued use of the site after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
